About TKO Project Solutions

We’ve worked in the plant and on the vendor side. That dual perspective is what makes TKO different.
Our Founder
Built on real project experience — from both sides.
Kirk Oden founded TKO Project Solutions after more than two decades working across the industrial project landscape. His career spans both sides of capital projects — first as a plant engineer responsible for executing projects at sawmill and forest products facilities, then as a vendor and EPC-side project developer helping industrial customers define, scope, and build facilities.
That dual perspective is the foundation of everything TKO does. Kirk has sat across the table from vendors, contractors, and engineers — and he’s been the one managing plant operations while projects were being executed around him. He understands what owners actually need, what vendors and contractors are capable of, and where projects typically go wrong.
Kirk is not a traditional consultant who has only seen projects from a desk. He has worked in sawmills, OSB plants, biomass facilities, and construction sites. He has evaluated equipment, negotiated vendor scopes, managed construction schedules around 24/7 operations, and helped project developers turn early-stage ideas into operating facilities.
